Brett, Deanna and Eleanor are an American family traveling the world and inspiring others to do the same. As founders of 30 Day Locals they show families that traveling together is not only possible, but incredibly fun.
By trade Brett is a web developer with a specific interest in developing software applications. He is a jack of all trades and can handle the complete development of a web project - from initial design and user interaction to implementation and deployment. Deanna’s career in marketing and content creation has allowed her to work with Fortune 500 companies and hone her passion of sharing new ideas with the world.
Their love affair with travel started when Brett and Deanna met in college. They both chose to leave home and adventure out of their home states. Life’s major milestones have been punctuated by travel - they were engaged in Argentina, married in Mexico and all 3 traveled Europe for 6 months when Eleanor was just a year old.
Since then, they have embarked on a family gap year where they will travel slow in order to show their readers how locals live instead of just the must see tourist attractions.
